Missoula chiropractor | Chiropractor Missoula Your Health-The Road to Wellness. Article #1-Sleep

February 11th, 2010 Dr. Shaun Stuto No comments

In this first installment of “Your Health”, missoula chiropractor Dr. Shaun Stuto discusses the crucial role of sleep in your road to wellness. Dr. Stuto is a chiropractor, author, speaker and owner of Transformation Chiropractic. “Your Health” is also available online at Youtube-Missoula Chiropractor . Through a series of ongoing articles we will explore the aspects of health which fall under the umbrella buzzword of “wellness.” We hear this word all the time on television and read about it in the newspaper and magazines but who is defining it? Wellness can be accurately described as the point along the health spectrum between “excellence” and “perfection.” It is the polar opposite of disease and death. There is no pinnacle of wellness. The value lies in the journey and specifically within the implementation of certain behaviors and habits that make up a “well” person. These factors might include a healthy diet, active lifestyle, low blood pressure, appropriate height:weight ratio and low mental stress. At what point does excellent health become perfect? There is no such point of arrival to perfection because health is dynamic and always changing.

The first aspect of wellness we will dive into is sleep. Next to a well adjusted spine and optimized nervous system, sleep and nutrition wrestle for second place when it comes to your wellness journey. How much sleep are you averaging per night? How much sleep do you actually need to feel your best? I frequently hear patients say that they need 7-9 hours of sleep to feel their best and find out that they average only 5-6 hours/night 5-7 days/week. It is common to find patients with an 80-120 hour/month sleep deficit! Sound like you perhaps?

The effects of this type of sleep deprivation are massive. This type of person has no energy. They are irritable and stressed. Often this type of patient is driven to be the perfect worker, the perfect spouse, the perfect parent, the perfect child etc… It is no surprise that this type of person cannot maintain this lifestyle forever. They often develop inexplicable symptoms such as aches and pains. The most common areas of pain show up in the neck and lower back. What is the quickest way to make a person slow down and rest? Low back pain! When the low back goes out, you go down and have to rest. The body has the innate intelligence to know when and how to put you down and force you to rest.

How much sleep should we be getting? On average most people do best on 7-9 hours/night. Except for an elite athlete who is training hours per day and burning thousands of calories, the average person should not need more than 7-9. If you need less than 6 hours/night see your doctor and if you need more than 9 see a psychologist. It is quite possible that underlying emotional stress and depression could be the real cause of your need for so much sleep.

The most critical factor to quality sleep is your comfort. Most people find they do best on a firmer bed. If you are not sleeping, you will not recover from stress, your workouts or your life. You will not heal. In todays fast paced society, we all find sleep to be a premium at times. This is why it is crucial to maximize the quality of the sleep we do get. “Invest in your rest” is a phrase I coined and that I encourage you to embrace. Make the price of the bed a non-issue. I guarantee you will thank me for it.

For Dr. Shaun Stuto, the Sleep Number bed is the best choice. We spend 1/3rd of our lives in bed. Shouldn’t we ensure that we get the highest quality rest? Of course! The beauty of the Sleep Number bed is that the firmness is independently adjustable from side to side. This is the answer for couples with different mattress preference. Now one person isn’t left to toss and turn. Both parties can benefit from sleeping on their customized mattress firmness. How many households spend $1000’s on a fancy couch and flat screen T.V. but want to get away with a $300 bed. It just doesn’t add up. How old is your bed? Where did you get it? If you don’t even have answers to these questions, don’t read another line. Go buy the bed now! Invest in YOUR rest!

We have covered the essentials for effective sleep. Sleep 7-9 hours per night on a high quality bed. A sleep deficiency and poor sleep quality can lead to poor health, physical pain, and emotional stress. Such stress could lead to cravings for sugar. Poor sleep can actually make you fat! On the contrary, a high quality bed can actually help you feel more energy and lose weight.

Place your health and wellness on the top of your priority list starting today. You deserve it. Commit to regular chiropractic care and ensure the optimal function of your nervous system. Implement a healthy eating plan and exercise routine. Finally, get your sleep. Shoot for 7-9 hours of sleep on the highest quality bed you can afford.

Thank you for reading “Your Health.” I am Dr. Shaun Stuto and I wish you a life of abundance.

Transform Your life With Three Powerful Strategies: Developed By Missoula Chiropractor

February 6th, 2010 Dr. Shaun Stuto No comments

When the clock strikes midnight, the ball will drop this New Years. The confetti will erupt and the champagne corks will fly. The final chapter of 2009 is quickly coming to an end and we prepare now to turn the page. Just as quickly as they started, the festivities will end. The buzz will die, and life will normalize just as the hangover starts to set in. The sun will rise, a new year will be upon us and life as we know it will be very much the same. Without a definite plan, the smoke and hope you have mustered up regarding changinng your life will smolder into cold ash. That is without a plan. Follow these three powerful strategies instead and create massive change in your life in 2010!

1. Begin with the end in mind- Is there something you want to accomplish this year? What do you want? To lose weight? Gain muscle? Make more friends? Have more time with your family? Your goals are yours. Establish goals in all aspects of your life starting with the end in mind. From there you can work backwards. All goals must be measurable and obtainable. To help you with the brainstorming process, utilize Mind Mapping software. You can download a free version of “Free Mind” and map your thoughts. Define EXACTLY what you want! Remember that fuzzy targets do not get hit!

2. Change the words in your head- Control your self talk because the 2500 words/minute running through your brain dictate who you are and what you are capable of. These messages are formed from what we learned by our mothers, fathers, teachers, preachers, coaches and big pharmacy. Realize right now you will change your life by leaps and bounds when you understand the power of self talk. Your brain only knows what you tell it. You are allowed to fool your brain. For example, tell yourself you are a multi-millionaire.Your brain will believe it. When you modify the words being spoken in your head, you will change your life

3. Record your progress- Would you believe that by writing down everything that goes into your mouth, you will lose 10 pounds this month? Do it and find out what happens. When you set a goal, record every action and effort you make that has an impact on achieving said goal. Successful people keep score. Do you know the score in your life? Play every ace! Write down the decisions you are making and have someone else evaluate whether the actions are driving you closer or further from the goal.

Utilize these three powerful strategies! Believe they will change your life! Fail forward FAST! In order for things in your life to change, YOU must change. You cannot continue to do what you did and anticipate a different outcome. Expect miracles and believe everthing you desire is possible. I am Dr. Shaun Stuto and I wish you a life of abundance.

Change Your Behaviors Today and Transform Your Tomorrow!

February 5th, 2010 Dr. Shaun Stuto No comments

Today I made a conscious decision to get out of my comfort zone and REALLY mix things up! Normally I train at an overcrowded, low-energy 24 hour fitness. It is just a gym to me and nothing special beyond that.

Golds Gym Venice is a 45 minute drive from my home so I decided to forgo the usual cardio at 24 Hour and take advantage of living so close to the Mecca. I could feel the difference the moment I walked in. The energy was so tangible you could slice it with a knife. The gym is frequented by bodybuilders, actors/actresses, athletes and normal folks who want to train at the most notable gym on the planet.

Today was just a cardio day. I warmed up for a few minutes on the treadmill and to my left was actor Ray Liotta! Cool! After warming up, I decided to do elliptical instead of treadmill and moved across the room, giving me a different vantage point. Right in front of me there is well known Bodybuilder Dennis James with legendary trainer Charles Glass pumping away. Then Stone Cold Steve Austin goes walking by! Is this place for real? I’m not star struck. It did feel strange though to be surrounded by so many well known folk’s all inside the same room. An old friend from college, and pro-bowler, Brendan Ayanbadejo came up and chatted for a few minutes. I hadn’t seen him in 5 years. The trip to Gold’s was worth it already! On the way out, I see Tito Raymond training a client and Shawn Ray and Lonnie Teper coming in to do a shoot for Ironman magazine’s preview of the upcoming Arnold Classic. What a start to the day!

The point of the story is not to name drop all my celebrity sitings. It was to show that when we do things out of the “ordinary,” “unordinary” things start happening to us! More on this topic in a second…

I walked to the famous Firehouse grill after leaving Golds Gym. The diner is famous for its bodybuilder friendly menu and great food. I kept the diet clean with egg whites and oatmeal. Before returning to my truck for the next adventure of the day, I stopped off at Max Muscle, owned by Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler, to purchase meal replacements and ensure that I wouldn’t miss a single one of my six meals for the day.

I headed for Hollywood next. Driving up sunset I pass Mel’s Diner, Saddleranch, the Standard and a host of other well-known Hollywood hotspots. Continuing up into the foothills, I arrived at the trail head for Hollywood sign. This is considered Hollywoods best-known landmark and certainly most photographed. I had never been!

I set out on an hour long hike to get up close and personal with the sign, carrying only a camera and bottle of water. I have only hiked a few times in my life and not for many years. I certainly do not claim to be a hiker. Wow did those hills feel amazing on my legs though. The weather was sunny and the sky was crisp and blue. The incredible weather seemed to warm me from the inside out. How thrilling it was to be up there! I even took my shirt off and worked on my tan since the weather was so nice. Keep in mind that this is February. How many places on earth can you feel warm enough to jog without a shirt at this time of the year?

After making it as close as legally possible to the sign, I snapped some pictures and turned back. I jogged all the way back to the bottom. Talk about tough. Trail running is no joke. It is not the treadmill. My legs are sore now!

I was reminded of an important lesson today. A seminar speaker once said, the habits that enabled him to become a multi-millionaire speaker worldwide, are the same habits holding him back from becoming a billionaire. I hope you guys caught that. He has a lot of “financial” success admittedly, but even he knows that his actions and behaviors which have brought him tremendous gain are holding him back from the next level! How is that for a re-frame!

I have never been a hiker nor would I have ever been interested in hiking in the past. What if the difference between an ultra-fit person and the average Joe was only one hike per month? I never would have known because it wasn’t my habit. The concept is lets look at all areas of our lives and see how we can shake them up even more.

Billionaire Bill Gates even goes through periods where he lacks creativity. One story tells of how he drove home a different route from work every day for a year! He never took the same route twice! All of this new activity literally created new synapses in his brain and sparked change in his life.

For you, this might mean a different running route, new foods or spices. Perhaps a new workout partner, new gym or fresh pair of running shoes. Refrain from eating the same food twice in a week. Force yourself to develop a taste for new and healthy foods deepen your menu of meal choices. This is a surefire way to guarantee ultimate transformation and long-term fitness success.

As the saying goes, a mind once expanded can never contract to its original size. The behaviors that got us where we are today are likely holding us back from what we really want. Successful entrepreneur and mega millionaire, Bill Phillips, spoke of his vision 10 years ago in Body of Work, when he explained how he materialized his dream of owning a red Lamborghini. At that point in time, Bill defined exactly what he wanted and went about changing his actions and behaviors in order to get the car and attain “success.” He has since far surpassed the red sports.

Everything begins in thought, for every single one of you. If you want a better body, more health, a partner in life, younger looks, you must define exactly what it is. With the information and strategies shared here, doesn’t the process seem all the more practical when you do things differently?

I wish you a life of abundance! Have an AWESOME DAY!

When You Play Athletics Then You Must See a Chiropractor!

December 12th, 2009 Randy Goodson No comments

Chiropractors have become very famous among sports players. After the athletes let the proverbial cat out of the bag, their most preferred chiropractors were backed up with people wanting their helpful services. The athletic world would never be the same and the world of athletics has relied on chiropractic services as a primary source of secret pain relief for a few decades now.

There has been no more a positive proving ground than the National Football League. When polled many NFL players indicated that they had a personal chiropractor that they visit regularly.

Even though most NFL teams have a full medical team on staff, including chiropractor, many athletic trainers confess that they have even sent players to chiropractors who were not affiliated with any particular team. One thing was crystal clear, all of the trainers, 100%, agree that there are players who use chiropractic care without referrals from their team’s medical personnel.

Many of the trainers also agreed that players with suspected spinal subluxations (the technical term for spinal misalignments) must be referred to a chiropractor; but even more trainers agreed that there is a place for a chiropractor in the NFL. In addition, these trainers understand that the role of a sports’ chiropractor is different from the one of a team physician.

Chiropractic care is not a privilege of football athletes; many other athletes engaged in many different sports count on chiropractic care. John Stockton for one. While admitting his lack of knowledge regarding chiropractic, he also noted that the continued treatment offered by his chiropractor has helped keep him healthy. He knew it dealt with balancing muscles and general health. He claimed that in tandem with is family, he has benefited so much from chiropractic treatment that it is the single most contributing factor in the length and success of his career.

The consultative value and direction a professional chiropractor can and does provide, it is easy to see how people ranging from professional athletes to the leisure athletes all the way to grandparents that are not active can benefit by utilizing a chiropractor.

Chiropractor Westchester

80 percent of all back problems based on statistics can be prevented because 80 percent of these back problems can be tracked back to muscle strain, poor back usage habits, and degenerative disc disease that has not be treated.

Now, just how do these back injuries really come about? The first thing we need to is understand the core parts of the spinal column. It is comprised of 24 moving spinal bones called vertebrae. These vertebrae are stacked one on top of each other just like small blocks and sitting in between each one are gel like shock absorbers, or discs.

Connecting the spinal bones, holding them in their proper place are rubber bands called ligaments. Muscles are also connected to the spinal bones by way of tendons. As your muscles activate, they are responsible for moving the spinal bones, which in turn moves your lower and upper body.

Normally, the average human lower body weighs about 105 pounds. Due to earth’s gravity, a 10 pound object added to the weight of the human lower body creates approximately 1150 pounds of pressure on your lower back. If you are 25 pounds excessive weight, which seems to be very common, you are placing another 250 pounds of pressure on your lower back every time you bend over or try to pick something up. This is a really surprising or shocking statistic.

So what’s all the stink about? Each time you lift, pressure starts in the middle of your spinal disc and that pressure will push out from the center of the spinal disc toward the outside of the disc. With too much pressure, the outer disc fibers begin to weaken and can start to tear. If enough of those outer disc fibers have damage from lifting excessively or even lifting inappropriately, the outer walls of the disc start to get weak to where literally the center core of the disc can bulge through the outer fibers and press on or put pressure on your spinal cord or spinal nerves. This is what happens when a you have a “slipped” or bulging disc.

The problem is, the outer spinal disc fibers in your lower back start tearing anytime you create 1500 lbs. pressure on your lower back area.

Most back pain sufferers feel that one particlular event or single incident started or caused their lower back pain or back injury. The reality of the matter is, less than 5 percent of all back problems or injuries can be blamed on one single injury or incident.

About ninety-five percent of back problems seem to build up over time. Big problems come about gradually over long periods of time until a singular simple small movement causes you to “throw your back out” and cause alot of pain. We all know the “straw that broke the camels back” story.

So, how can you sway the statistics in your favor? Firstly, learn good back habits. Secondly, get your spine thoroughly checked by a qualified chiropractic healthcare professional. In my practice I specialize in the assessment and treatment of all types of spinal and joint conditions.

Is A Chiropractor A Doctor Of Medicine?

December 5th, 2009 Randy Goodson No comments

Misunderstood

In conventional medical fields there are basically three forms of treatment; cut, burn and poison. Almost every form of treatment today does one of those things to something in the body, but chiropractors don’t do any of those things. This is why there is some suspicion in the public mind about them. Chiropractors endeavor to treat illness and disease in the body, especially pain, through non-invasive, non-chemical avenues before resorting to the more drastic and dramatic forms of treatment.

Since the beginning of chiropractic the neigh-sayers have rolled out their case for it not being a conventional form of medical treatment, but there are literally millions of people who swear by it.

Sad to say, but even some chiropractic patients haven’t a real clear understanding of what chiropractic is. And for those who have never been to a chiropractor, most are totally misinformed as to the make up of the profession. The fact is chiropractic is the largest drug-free form of health care and the third largest form of any health care in North America.

What is Chiropractic?

The word “chiropractic” is a composition of the Greek word “cheir” which means hand, and “Praxis” meaning practice. This gives a bit of insight into the actual practice being that it is done with very well trained hands and involves signification action while adjusting clients.

The basic function of chiropractic is that adjustment of joints, which is done largely on the spine to free up the signals of the nerves, but can be done on nearly any joint. These adjustments are called “manipulations” and are designed and intended to position the bones in a joint at the correct locations.

Can They Be Compared To A General Practitioner?

So is the training of a chiropractor as rigorous as that of a medical doctor? The answer is a resounding, yes. Today’s doctor of chiropractic receives an extensive educational background beginning with three years of pre-chiropractic study. From there they advance into a four-year course of study. A student of chiropractic spends as many hours in the study of human physiology as that of a medical doctor. Chiropractic programs require a minimum of 4,200 hours of combined classroom, laboratory, and clinical experience.

The most significant difference between is the focus of the education. Most doctors are trained in pharmacology and the chiropractors are trained in spine health.

Chiropractic Spinal Adjustments Can Help

December 2nd, 2009 James Horner No comments

A number of research studies have examined the effects of chiropractic care on the frequency, intensity and duration of migraine headaches. One such study, conducted for six months at the Chiropractic Research Center of Macquarie University in Australia, involved 177 participants who had migraine headaches for an average of’ years. The results of the study were impressive; most of the participants experienced positive outcomes. Seventy-two percent had substantial reduction or noticeable improvement in their symptoms, including a drop in the frequency, intensity and duration of their migraines, and a decreased need for their migraine medications.

Aside from spinal adjustments, the chiropractor has different ways to relieve sciatica pain and help you regain mobility and strength, as some chiropractors use physical therapy alongside the manipulations. A chiropractor will also be able to teach you about exercise, proper body mechanics and ergonomics to prevent back pain from recurring. Among the exercises there will most likely be stretching and strengthening exercises to relieve and retrain the various muscle groups that hold up the spine.

Many people have neck pain and it is often extremely bothersome. Medical doctors cannot do a whole lot to permanently relieve neck pain. They can prescribe medications to mask your neck pain and they can do x-rays and other tests to see where the pain is coming from. When they do find something wrong with the neck they will probably want to schedule surgery, which can prove to be a painful procedure with a long recovery. Surgery, while sometimes necessary, really should be considered a treatment of last resort. You can always do the surgery, but if you do the surgery first, you eliminate many other effective and conservative options.

When people think of chiropractors, bone cracking and spinal adjustment are usually the only things that come to mind. While back problems are probably one of the most common ailments addressed by a chiropractic doctor, they are capable of many other treatments and therapies for a variety of physical problems. There are many chiropractors who also specialize in specific treatment areas, such as sports injury. In fact, chiropractic treatment is great alternative to resorting to medication.

Many people would rather not turn to drugs to treat certain aches and physical maladies. Chiropractic massage offers an alternative method of healing that can help improve your overall well being without relying solely on medication. There are many benefits to chiropractic massage treatments, which can address a variety of problems that occur throughout the body. The most common issue that people address using chiropractic massage is chronic back pain. Many people experience this from overstressing or pulling the muscles, heredity, injury or just having weak muscle tone. By realigning the spine and encouraging blood flow through various massage techniques, skilled chiropractors may be able to diminish or even completely eliminate persistent back pain problems.

Not many people are aware that detoxification chiropractors exist and that their services can be utilized to provide health benefits. Since it is an alternative therapy, it may not provide instant relief. In case the patient is in a serious condition, it is advisable to turn to the allopathic method of medical treatment to provide immediate relief. The services of a detoxification chiropractor may be used to make lifestyle changes like taking a healthy diet and thus improve the quality of life. However, it is best to consult your doctor before taking up chiropractic care for the detoxification of your body, and communicate with him regularly regarding the progress in the treatment.

What Does Going To A Chiropractor Do?

November 29th, 2009 Dr. Mick Tiegs No comments

Many people have felt that sudden and sharp pain resulting from a lower back injury. To treat it, you can expect everything from expensive pain medicines to painful stretches. No matter how you plan to treat it you have to include having a chiropractor adjust your back as a part of it. Without it you may be missing a vital part of your prescription.

Joint manipulation involves the rapid movement of a joint or bones beyond their usual spectrum of movement suddenly to cause the ligaments to pull the bone back to proper alignment. Many people are frightened by the explosiveness of the movement, but it is necessary for the alignment correction to take place. Sometimes there may be some slight pain or stiffness from the adjustment but it usually does away quickly as the joint is now properly aligned.

To be most successful, Chiropractic treatment must be utilized regularly to be effective. Usually one to two times per week are enough to bring about proper alignment while allowing the body enough time to heal itself too. Severe back problems may involve months or even years of treatment, while some may only require a single treatment, but a regular maintenance routine is vital to ensure successful re-alignment of the spine.

The procession may go something like this. Once you visit the Chiropractor, they will probably lay you down on a special table that automatically moves you to loosen up your lower back muscles and joints. After several minutes on that table, the doctor will come in and assess your condition and see if he can adjust you, or if you need some additional preparatory treatment.

Joint manipulation is started by the doctor twisting your torso into a range of motion and position that you may feel fairly stretched in. Next the doctor applies a sudden and specific force to move the bones back into proper alignment. After the doctor is satisfied with the progress, you will likely spend some time relaxing on a roller table designed to massage your muscles and move your spine a bit.

The value in a chiropractic regime is that your joints will stay fluid and movable, and you may even experience a substantial reduction in pain right away.

What is a Chiropractor?

August 13th, 2009 Peter Benalla No comments

Most people have heard of Chiropractors but not everyone fully understands what it is that a Chiropractor does or how he is helpful to others. What is a Chiropractor? How do Chiropractors help the people who come to them for treatment? How do Chiropractors treat their patients’ problems? This article will answer all of these questions.

Chiropractors are professionals in the medical field who focus their attention on the diagnosis and treatment of injuries and illnesses that “live” in the body’s spinal system and joints. Chiropractic treatment involves the Chiropractor treating people via a “hands on” approach that is used to help a patient speed up his healing process and reducing his pain. This treatment is done via the movement and manipulating of the patient’s spine as well as his joints and his muscles.

In the United Kingdom a Chiropractor is required to obtain a degree from one of the four accredited educational institutions. Chiropractic students need to complete at least thirty six hundred hours of accredited coursework (or the equivalent of a four year course) before they can apply to the British Chiropractic Association or the McTimoney Chiropractic Association. Both of these associations require one extra year of supervised field practice before they can become fully fledged members and be allowed to practice chiropractic care professionally.

A patient’s first visit to the Chiropractor will involve the patient giving the Chiropractor a full medical history as well as submitting to a standard physical exam, x-rays and (possibly) orthopaedic, neurological exams and a few extra tests.

During follow up visits to the Chiropractor, the Chiropractor will align the spine through the manipulation of the vertebrae through the spine. Sometimes this can be done with massage. Other times it involves “cracking” which is where the Chiropractor will quickly and forcefully move a joint out of its usual range of motion and then put it back into its usual position. This helps to release some of the gases that have been building up and relieve the pressure on the joint, allowing it to move more freely in the future. This sounds like it would be painful but it usually is not.

Chiropractors will also help their patients improve their joints’ range of motion by stretching the patient’s body and moving it into positions that might feel awkward, but are meant to help relieve pain and heal a patient’s injury. They might also use electrical stimulation or massage to help a patient relax enough to make “typical” treatment possible.

In addition to the physical manipulation of a patient’s body, a Chiropractor will also help his patients figure out how other areas of their lives might be affecting their injuries. Chiropractors can work with patients to improve their diet and exercise routines. Chiropractors do quite a lot to help people feel better!

What Does A Chiropractor Treat?

August 7th, 2009 Peter Benalla No comments

The word “chiropractor” is a familiar one but not everyone understands what a Chiropractor does or how their treatments benefit others. Who are Chiropractors? How are they helpful to the people who seek their treatment? What kind of treatment do Chiropractors offer to their patients? Read this article to find out!

A Chiropractor is a medical professional who focuses on the treating and diagnosing of illnesses and injuries that could be related to the spinal system and a person’s joints. Chiropractors treat people via a “hands on” therapeutic approach to help patients work through their injuries and reduce a person’s pain. Chiropractors treat their patients by moving and manipulating a person’s spinal column, joints and the muscles associated with them.

Chiropractors use the standard method to diagnose a patient’s illness or injury. A patient’s first visit to the Chiropractor will result in the patient giving his full medical history and then being given a routine (and thorough) exam that involves a standard physical, x-rays and both neurological and orthopaedic exams.

Future visits to the Chiropractor will involve the patient having his spine aligned, which the Chiropractor will do through the manipulation of the spinal vertebrae. This can be done both through massage and “cracking.” “Cracking” involves the Chiropractor using a fast and strong motion to force a joint out of its comfort zone and then back into place. The jolt from this releases the gases that build up around a joint which puts pressure on the joint and the rest of the skeletal system. This is not painful and can relieve a lot of the stress on a patient’s spine and joints.

Another favoured method of Chiropractic treatment involves the Chiropractor moving the patient into positions that might not feel natural but that force the patient’s muscles to stretch and build strength. Chiropractors might also employ massage and electrical stimulation to treat injuries and illnesses.

As well as physically manipulating his patient’s body, a Chiropractor will work with the patient to figure out if other areas of the patient’s life can be changed to help the recovery process.
