Stretches For Lower Back That Are Popular

This is definitely one of the easiest lower back stretches to learn. It is a great exercise to do in the morning and at night, and most people can perform it quite comfortably. On hands and knees, you start by gently arching the spine, first in one direction and then in the other, with coordinated breathing. The goal here is to gently wake up the spine and paraspinal muscles, increasing flexibility and ease of movement.

Body mobilizing

One of the other most well known stretches for the lower back is the mobilize for full back. This is more complex and dynamic when compared to the other lower back stretches. All that one is required to do is stand on their feet with a width that is wide as your hip with your knees slightly bent and soft.

Now gradually touch your chin to the chest, next move your head in the direction of the floor and slowly bend by the waist so that your hands touch your knees. Now by your hands on the knees just for the support, maintaining your knees soft and in a bending position so that you are not in an uncomfortable position. Do bend as far as your elbows meet the knees which can be great.

Then from this supported position you want to slowly straighten your right knee while allowing your left knee to bend even further. Feel the stretch but make sure that you do not push too hard because you do not want to end up injuring yourself.

Remember that all of these lower back stretches should be done slowly and mindfully, preferably in a quiet room where there will not be any distractions. If done properly, you will notice results almost immediately, so just make sure that you perform them properly and do not rush through the process mechanically.
