The market is now full of products to say they can relieve joint apin and arthritis and there is a new supplement drink called supple which claims that the drink if taken every day will help to relieve joint pain. The drink will show best results when taken with a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

The promoters of supple drink claim it has powerful ingredients and that over 13 million people use their product. The plan consists of you having 1 bottle per day and they claim that you should feel significant results just after 7 days. They even give you a 30 day money back guarantee. One of the main advantages of a drink compared to tablets is that it is easier to absorb which leads to a greater beneficial effect.

The drink contains glucosamine and chondrotiin. Studies have shown that both of these supplements taken together have better results. The two substances are known to relieve joint pain and are taken by many people as supplements and in tablet form. Other substances in the drink are vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

The results are varied. With most people the result take around 90 days to feel some difference and not the seven days that the website says. Results also depends on your lifsestyle and your excercises that you do. Your weight also has an effect and how much strain on the joints. The drink does however help in weight loss.

The website also claims that it helps in weight loss. Having heavy weight can give large strain on the joints. The drink provides you with the building blocks of cartilage which helps to rebuild and strengthen the joint. The ingredients found in supple facilitate joint repair and inhibit oxidative injury. The health drink only has 30 calories.

Overall the drink does work but there are cheaper options such as getting the same supplements over the counter.

Easy to understand tendonitis treatment might be a good thing to know for those who have begun to experience little aches and pains in the elbow or shoulder or even knee. As a medical condition, tendonitis pain can range in intensity and can be completely debilitating in extreme episodes. This is why it can be a good thing to know a bit about tendonitis.

There are a number of tendons spread throughout the body, and they make up part of what is called connective tissue. Tendons, along with ligaments, help to join a skeletal bone to another skeletal bone, for example. Tendons are also very tough, fibrous and are cord-like in nature.

Basically, tendonitis is the inflammation of the tendon that leads to pain, swelling and other issues. If serious enough, it could lead to the area being becoming completely immobile or debilitated. However, if tendonitis is identified early enough, it can be a relatively simple matter to identify it, treat it and then cure it.

Any tendon can be subject to tendonitis, though there are generally only a few areas around the body that experience the condition with any regularity. Probably the most well known area is in the elbow, and those afflicted by tendonitis are said to be experiencing “tennis elbow.” The formal medical name for the condition in the elbow is epicondylitis, by the way. Doctors have known about it for at least a century.

For the most part, tendonitis results from overuse and injury to the particular tendon in question. There are a few simple steps a person can take to treat and cure tendonitis, all without having to be seen by a physician in many cases. The first thing to do, of course, is to cease the activity that is causing the pain that is a result of tendonitis.

Cessation of the activity will generally be necessary for around twenty-one days, which is usually sufficient time to allow the tendon to heal itself. Such rest is probably the single most effective part of any treatment regimen, by the way. Combine rest with immobilization whenever possible. This can be accomplished through bracing or splints or slings, generally.

In combination with rest and immobilization should be the use of of an over-the-counter non-steroidal anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen and maybe even a topical anti-inflammatory cream. Reevaluate after three weeks and then work the area with light warming up and stretching until it’s felt that the activity that caused the tendonitis can be resumed. In the future, don’t neglect warming up and stretching before physical exercise or activity.

If you have hip joint pain, you may need to see a doctor. There are several things that could be causing your pain but it’s always best to consider seeking medical attention, especially if your pain is moderate to severe in nature. You could have a serious complication to your health if you do not have your pain attended to. However, if you feel that this is something that doesn’t require immediate medical help, you can always try taking an over the counter pain medication to see if you can find some relief.

Many times, a slight stumble or trip can lead to severe pain, even if we don’t experience the pain immediately. There are times that you may wake up in the morning and have hip joint pain, without having had an accident that caused the pain. You may be suffering from arthritis. Arthritis is an inflammation of your joints and it is very common to get arthritis in your hip joint.

A little trip can cause a lot of pain. You may not always know the cause of your hip joint pain immediately. You may fall and not feel the pain for a day or so. If this is the case, try taking an over the counter pain medication to relieve your symptoms.

Arthritis is a swelling of the joint in your hip or other part of your body. If you’re experiencing arthritis in any other part of your body, chances are this could be arthritis, as well. You may also have tendonitis. Tendonitis is the swelling of the tendons that are over and around your hip joint. Bursitis could also be the cause of your hip joint pain. Bursitis is the inflammation of the bursa, or slick surface that slides between the muscles and tendons and your bones.

Many times, when someone has arthritis in the hip joint, a doctor may put a patient on over the counter pain reliever and anti-inflammatory medication such as ibuprofen or naproxen. These medications are also commonly known as Advil and Aleve. They can be purchased at any drug store, grocery retailer or many big box department stores. You will receive the same relief from the less expensive generic versions as you will from the brand name, so don’t be afraid to save yourself a few pennies.

In cases where pain is moderate to severe, these medications may not work and your physician may discuss hip replacement surgery with you. You may also be suffering from tendonitis, which is another common issue that many people face. This is caused by an inflammation of the tendon that is covering the joint.

Hip joint pain can also be caused by conditions that may require medical intervention such as a hip or stress fracture. These are serious conditions and you put yourself at risk for other health conditions if you don’t get a proper diagnosis from a medical professional.

Almost all individuals that suffer from arthritis are interested in finding an arthritis cure. Arthritis is a type of inflammation that affects joints. There are over 100 different types of arthritis. Some arthritis is due to overactive immune systems and others form worn down cartilage. The actual cause of arthritis can be from many different factors such as metabolic abnormalities, injury, infections and hereditary reasons.

As like other rheumatic diseases, arthritis has different symptoms for different cases and that means that the treatments and cures will all be different depending on the individual and type of arthritis. Some of the most common arthritis symptoms include pain and limited motion of the joint. Other symptoms include stiffness, swelling, redness and warmth in the joint.

An actual arthritis cure has yet to be discovered though there are many successful treatments for arthritis. It is important to have an accurate diagnosis for your arthritis to make sure you have the correct treatment for your arthritis. Some of the more common treatments include splinting, physical therapy, cold pack application, anti inflammation medications, paraffin wax dips, immune altering medication and surgery.

Depending on the type of arthritis you have, lifestyle changes can be very helpful to get rid of arthritis symptoms. Many times doctors will recommended that you lose weight if applicable and that you regularly exercise. Physical activity has been proven to be very effective in the long term for arthritis symptoms. If your arthritis is due to a specific disease then dietary supplements are sometimes used.

There are also many naturally treatments that can be used for arthritis. These can be used in conjunction with prescribed treatments from doctors. Generally massage is very important and you can use many beneficial oils to stimulate circulation and decrease inflammation.

Some recommended oils for massage include rosemary, cajuput, juniper, sassafras, sage, lavender and garlic. Heat is also important to loosen up blood circulation and cold temperature treatments should be avoided.

If you are just developing arthritis then taking calcium, zinc and vitamin C supplements can slow the onset of arthritis. You can relieve stiffness, inflammation and pain by soaking in warm baths with Epsom salts. You can also want to make sure the affected areas are not bound to tightly as this can stop blood from circulating around the area. Make sure bandages are not too tight.

The quest for joint pain relief is no longer just for the elderly. Joint pain, which seemed to be strictly a problem for the aged, now seems to be affecting people at an ever increasingly young age.

by Bert Clay

The quest for joint pain relief is no longer just for the elderly. Joint pain, which seemed to be strictly a problem for the aged, now seems to be affecting people at an ever increasingly young age.

Part of this is due to the use of computers being so prevalent. And, of course, children do not only use computers for schoolwork. They also have a tendency to play games on the computer or on platforms such as Playstation. So, with joint pain affecting more and more people at every age, what can we do to find joint pain relief?

Prevention, as with other medical issues, may be the key. Experts often recommend first of all reducing whatever physical activity is causing the problem. Of course this can be difficult at work, but short breaks every so often can make a big difference. Also taking some time to stretch the muscles most used at these times can help.

Massage therapists often have to deal with clients who are looking for joint pain relief as well. While they work the muscles around the joints, there is not much they can do for the joints themselves. They often recommend using herbal topical ointments such as ones containing arnica, which seem to help decrease the pain.

Acupuncture is another alternative that friends have tried and found effective. If an acute joint problem is treated quickly enough, it seems as if it has a greater effect more quickly. Still, people I have known with ongoing joint problems such as rheumatoid arthritis have has success using acupuncture for joint pain relief.

There are cases where the joint pain comes from changes in the joint that cannot be reversed. However, even in these cases, these alternative treatments may at least improve the suffering involved and therefore make for better and fuller lives for those afflicted.

It is an ongoing debate over whether heat or cold works best for joint pain relief. In the end, it would seem to make a difference what type of joint problem the person has. In some cases, the person reports feeling the pain is worse with cold, therefore, heat is better. In others, the joint feels hot. In these cases, cold generally brings improvement.

Also worth looking into is dietary changes. It appears that certain foods may affect the symptoms of joint conditions. Therefore, some people say that they have experienced joint pain relief merely through modifying their diet.

It is unfortunate that people are being affected by this type of problem at a young age. However, this also means that more attention is being paid to the problem. All of which means that more solutions for joint pain relief are sure to be coming to the surface soon.
